Starting on Christmas

I thought I'd make a start on all thing's Christmas LOL

I used some Glitter Stickers I got in the Sales from Partners the Stationers

last year or the year before a snowflake punch and some snowflake

peel offs.I got some beautiful red velvet ric rak ribbon free in a magazine

and used some of that.The box i used the small poinsettia box stamp

by Creative Expressions and I also used it on the Card.

I've got a few more Christmas cards to show and some I

made last year and never put on here.

DT Call Challenge... Texture

Hi There,I made this for the Creative Expressions DT Call Challenge .Wish me Luck.

I used a 6x6 Kraft card Blank and scored one side from corner

to corner and folded to make a twisted easel card I then cut

another card blank in half  and matted with Green spotted paper.I did

the same on the bottom of the easel card.Then I took some coredinations card  chipped saphire

and used the Sizzix Beaded Ribbon Embossing Folder on it and then sanded it then s matted it

the half of Kraft Card Blank.

My Topper is the Tilly stamp from Personal Impressions stamped on to whited card

and the heat embossed with purple metallic embossing powder and copper

embossing powder I then cut out with Spellbiners scalloped oval.I used Tim Holtz

Distress Ink Vintage photo round the edges and stuck 3 pearls on it.I then

stuck this to some green pattered paper and curled the edges,I matted this onto

the Textured Coredinations on the half of Kraft Card Blank and

then stuck that to the Easel card.I used a sentiment for my Stopper and ribbon,gems and

flowers to embelish.I also cot a strip of green Coredinations and

used a EK Succes edger punch and added that at the side

of my Topper and thats it,Done.

Halloween Costume.Easy Make

I thought I would show you the Halloween Costume I made last year.I had one photo taken in it then had to take it off as we had a crisis (can't remember what it was now lol).It was really easy to make from an old white/cream dress I had in the wardrobe.I bought some bandages from the pound shop and draped them allover the front and back and just tacked them in place and then cut strips to dangle off the ends of the sleeves.I cut different lengths and sewed them together at the ends for around my neck and then wound a few round my head like a headband.Just use some makeup to whiten your face and your done.I think any white,cream or even grey dress would do.Here's a photo of me wearing my make lol
