Friends Birthday

I made this card and Gift box for my Friends Birthday.I followed the video Tut for the flowers on the boxes
here and the Tut for the Rose on the card is here .It's amazing how many flower tut's there are if you look and the effects you can achieve.

Flowers I made and Blog Candy idea

I made these flowers today and there's more on the way.I got the idea from TheJuleBox Blog she has some FAB video Tutorials.I'm hoping to make some Lace flowers that she shows how to make.It got me to thinking,I have been wanting to do a blog candy giveaway for a long time but i'm broke all the time so have never been able to afford anything to give away,so i thought why not make as many different flowers as I can and whatever else i can think of to embelish cards and give them away as blog candy.I'll post it in the next few day's when I get the thing's made and photo's done so keep your eye's peeled.

I used to love drawing but over the years with Children and and other things I just didn't have the time.
I was browsing the web as you do and came across this site http://www.arwenart.com/ and love looking through the drawings.I know mine are no where near as good but it inspired me to try again and I really enjoyed it.I scanned the drawing

and then I took it into Paintshop pro and used a few filters.

Cards For Kids

I saw this post on Charity Crafters Blog and would really like to tell people about it because it is such a worthwhile thing to do.Sometimes i find it hard to make cards just for no reason or event.

Valentine Spring Card

I have been wanting to make one of these spring cards for a while but thought
it looked complicated.It's not as hard as I thought so i made 2 Valentine ones.I'm addicted LOL
I can't remember for the life of me where i got the Template for this but if I remember i will post link here.

Bear decoupage

1. I printed out the Bear decoupage available here on to Kodak every day picture paper and cut all the bits out,layered them with foam pads.

2. I printed the 2 backing papers out onto ordinary paper and chose one to stick onto

the A4 pink card i had folded in half.

3. I cut a rectangle of pink Iridesent paper

and stuck that on top at an angle then stuck my bear to one side.

3. I then stuck a happy Birthday peel off on to a oval cutout and stuck that to my card with foam pads.Added a few more peeloffs and a pink flower in the corner with a Brad.Finished :)
